This Disclaimer & Refund Policy applies to all websites, products, and services offered under MentorTrail™ and Mistopreneur Ltd (UK).
By using MentorTrail, you agree to this policy in addition to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
1. Educational Purpose Only
All MentorTrail content, including videos, templates, frameworks, coaching, and tools, is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing we provide is:
- financial, investment, or tax advice
- legal or accounting advice
- medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
You should always consult qualified professionals who know your specific situation before making decisions in these areas.
2. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
We do not promise or guarantee that you will:
- earn a specific amount of money
- sign a specific number of clients
- achieve a particular business result
Any income examples, screenshots, case studies, or testimonials we share are illustrations of what is possible, not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on many factors, including (but not limited to):
- your skills and experience
- your niche, market, and offer
- your pricing and positioning
- your effort, consistency, and implementation
Testimonials represent the experience of individual clients and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcomes.
3. Your Personal Responsibility
By using MentorTrail, you agree that:
- you are 100% responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
- you will use your own judgment before applying any idea or strategy
- you will do your own due diligence before launching offers, changing prices, or making investments
You will not hold MentorTrail, Mistopreneur Ltd, or any of its owners, partners, or team members liable for decisions or actions you take based on our content.
4. No Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to keep our information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that:
- all content is complete, current, or error-free
- access to the platform will be uninterrupted or bug-free at all times
All MentorTrail content and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- MentorTrail, Mistopreneur Ltd, and their owners, partners, and team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, data, or business opportunities.
- In any case, our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the total amount you paid to us for those products or services in the 12 months immediately before the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
- All MentorTrail content, including frameworks, videos, text, designs, and templates, is the intellectual property of Mistopreneur Ltd or its licensors.
- When you join, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business.
You may not:
- share your login or account with others
- resell, redistribute, or give away our content as your own
- use our content to create competing programs that copy our unique frameworks or materials
without prior written permission.
7. Refund Policy – 14-Day Performance Guarantee
MentorTrail is an all-in-one SaaS platform. When you join, you get immediate access to proprietary frameworks, tools, and training.
For that reason, all sales are final except under the conditions of our 14-Day Performance Guarantee described below.
7.1 Scope of the Guarantee
The 14-Day Performance Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of the main MentorTrail Program.
It does not apply to:
- subscription renewals
- upgrades or add-ons
- future programs, workshops, or separate courses
- previous purchases
7.2 14-Day Performance Guarantee Conditions
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date your MentorTrail program access is activated (the “Refund Period”) if and only if you can show that you have:
- Implemented the core PLAN phase steps inside MentorTrail, and
- Actively engaged with the platform and support, and
- Are still unsatisfied with the program.
To qualify, you must submit all of the following proof.
A. PLAN Phase Implementation (inside MentorTrail)
You must complete these actions inside your MentorTrail account:

Step 1 – MentorTrail Mindset
- Explore Your Value: documented reflection on your skills, experience, and story.
- Find Your Why: a written statement of your deeper motive for building this business.
- Specify Your Goal: a clear, written business goal that is realistic and time-bound.

Step 2 – Foundational Mastery
- Defined one main problem you help your audience solve.
- Defined your target audience who feel this problem most strongly.
- Defined your main message that resonates with your audience.

Step 3 – YouBrand Story
- A written Brand Story following the MentorTrail structure.
- A Story Pitch based on the PSR (Problem–Solution–Result) model.
B. Public Commitment (Progress Sharing)
You must show that you publicly committed to and shared your progress with your community.
- At least 3 public posts (screenshots or links), each one:
- Announcing that you joined MentorTrail and are actively using it, or
- Sharing a key insight, step, or progress from the PLAN phase.
These can be on platforms such as:
- Your MentorTrail Facebook group / business page
- Your MentorTrail SKOOL group (if applicable)
C. Support Engagement
You must show that you asked for help when needed.
- At least 2 support requests submitted via the official MentorTrail support channel (email, in-app chat, or designated group), with screenshots showing:
- the questions you asked, and
- our reply or guidance.
These conditions demonstrate that you have seriously implemented the first phase of MentorTrail and made a genuine effort to use the program.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the Performance Guarantee:
- Email support@mentortrail.com within the 14-day Refund Period.
- Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”.
- Attach or link to all required evidence listed in Section 7.2 (A, B, and C).
We will review your request and proof in good faith.
If you meet all the conditions and are still unsatisfied, we will approve and process a full refund of your program fee (see 8.1 regarding payment processing fees).
8.1 Payment Processing Fees (Stripe and Others)
Please note:
Any approved refund will be issued minus non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). These fees are kept by the payment processor and are not retained by MentorTrail or Mistopreneur Ltd.
Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear via your original payment method (bank, card, Stripe, etc.).
9. No Refunds After 14 Days
- Requests received after the 14-day Refund Period, or
- Requests submitted without all required proof of implementation,
will not be eligible for a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing, but:
- past payments are non-refundable, and
- no partial refunds are given for unused time, unless you qualified under the 14-Day Performance Guarantee.
Outside of this 14-Day Performance Guarantee, all sales are final and non-refundable.
10. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you select (monthly or yearly, if applicable).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support before your next billing date.
- When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period; no further payments will be charged.
- The 14-Day Performance Guarantee does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
